What Happens After I Book?

Once full payment is received, I’ll be in touch via email to schedule our 45-minute consultation and send you a sleep intake form. Please review and accept the Terms of Service before booking.

You may also email me to prebook your appointment; however, the booking won’t be confirmed until payment is complete.

After receiving your completed intake form, I will create a personalized sleep shaping plan along with supporting documents, which will be sent to you 24 hours before our scheduled consultation.

Our 45-minute call will cover your personalised sleep shaping plan, answer any questions, and ensure you feel confident using gentle, flexible strategies that adapt to your child’s evolving needs.
